Do you do custom work?

Absolutely! If you would like a one of a kind work of art, painting, jewelry, ceramic pieces, commission me to do a custom order. I’m able to be flexible but customers must contact me at least one week before the item is needed. No returns on custom orders since it’s specially made. Turn around time depends on the item but typically no more than 4 weeks. Just reach out and I will see what I can do.

I have an event to gift for next week, can you still help!?

If you have a wedding, birthday, anniversary, holiday exchange or anything you need a gift for in a short amount of time, just reach out and I will see what I can do to make accommodations!

Can you personalize this order?

Yes! Some items have the option of personalization already but if you’d like something personalized just send me an email and add a note when you make an order.

How are items made?

Your orders are all handmade and packaged with love & care. Most items are made to order. Orders are packaged with firm, sturdy mailers or boxes. Wrapped in tissues to cushion, and baggies to protect images from liquids. Economically friendly, natural and ethically sourced materials.

How do returns & cancelations work?

As a growing small business we aren’t able to accept returns. However, we do accept some exchanges at our discretion for certain items. If you’d like to make an exchange you have 7days after order is received to make an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, and shipping would be the returners responsibility. The original item must first be returned, received and in good condition prior to us shipping out a new item. In some cases we will waive the shipping price for sending out the new item. Cancelations can only be made shortly after initial order is placed. Once processed &/or shipped it can no longer be canceled

My order hasn’t arrived!

I apologize that you have not yet received your order. Sometimes times items take a little longer to arrive at your door than the estimated time frame. In this case please give the post 1-2 weeks extra for items to arrive especially during busy seasons and weather delays.
